Robert M. Weinstein has been a licensed North Carolina attorney since 1961. He received an AB in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law. Mr. Weinstein’s expertise is in the areas of commercial law, creditor rights, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), legal collection remedies and contract litigation. He represents a range of national and local clients, including manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, service providers, factors, banks and credit unions.
